Join us for some good fellowship and some education, too!

Seneca County ARES Emergency Coordinator Scott Rosenberger, KE8JC, has declared 2013 the Year of Education. The ARRL and ARES are encouraging all ARES members to complete basic NIMS training, in order to be more effective in our mission to support the agencies we serve. We in turn are now encouraging our local ARES members to complete a minimum of two NIMS certifications, IS-100 and IS-700. You can click here to take the training. Once you have completed the training, or if you have completed it previously, please EMAIL a pdf copy of your certificate(s) to our Safety/Training officer Chris Harben, N8CLH. His email address is n8clh@ymail.com.

To further our training, we will also have numerous other activities through the year. Listen to the nets, check here, and stay involved!

Thank you for all you do!
